208 - Grant Reimbursement Claims

Claims for reimbursements on grants have been established as follows:

1. CUES will provide a list of federal and state grants to the Sevier District Office. Any claim for reimbursement on a grant is the responsibility of CUES and should be completed at least quarterly. A copy of the award document and the reimbursement claim will be provided to the Sevier School District Office to ensure that funds will be properly receipted into the correct accounts under CUES.
2. Copies of grant applications submitted by CUES employees will be filed by department with copies given to the CUES director, CUES office manager, and the Sevier School District Office.
