CUES is an employer “at-will”, which means that either party may end the employment relationship with or without cause and with or without notice. CUES reserves the right to use disciplinary measures whenever deemed appropriate to clarify expectations and for accountability. Disciplinary action may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspensions, demotion, or termination. CUES reserves the right to apply these measures in any manner identified as appropriate by the CUES Executive Director.
