About Russell

Russell is the Repair Manager for CUES, working with the region’s technology coordinators to facilitate repairs on district devices. He is committed to providing an effective and streamlined process while using genuine parts.

Before joining CUES, Russell worked in computer sales and repair. Throughout his 18 years of service, he always believed that electronic repair is an artform and an essential service everyone needs whether it be diagnosis, part procurement, outsourcing, repair, or refurbishing.

Russell is an Apple Certified Macintosh and iOS Technician. He holds 30 other unique industry certifications from major manufactures and vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and CompTIA. These certifications help him manage the Apple Self Service Center at CUES using best practices as district warranty repairs are processed.

Russell earned his A.S and A.A.S in Computer Networking from Snow College and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Governors University.
